Whether you’re looking to plan a Holiday Fireworks Display or a Formal Dining Event, we're more than happy to make your dream event a reality. Let us help you host the best one ever.

Wedding Coordination Package

This package includes the following: 

  • Unlimited e-mails and phone calls throughout the planning process

  • Two in-person meetings prior to the wedding (In-person or by phone at couple’s preference) 

    • The first meeting will be 10-16 weeks prior to the wedding

    • The second will be 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding

    • If additional in-person meetings are desired, the cost will be at a rate of $150 an hour

  • Custom wedding checklist and personalized to-do lists 

    • A wedding details checklist is provided upon hiring Revel & Cheer. We touch base periodically to ensure you are on track to finalizing wedding plans and talk in depth about decisions made and remaining matters to be accomplished at each of our two in-person meetings 

  • Referrals for vendors upon request 

  • Timeline creation

  • Floor plan creation and/or review

  • Review of vendor contracts 

    • ***In reviewing vendor contracts, Deanna Johnson, a licensed Louisiana attorney, does not represent any individual in a legal capacity. This review is strictly to ensure that she understands expectations of each vendor on the wedding day***

  • Confirm details with all vendors two weeks prior to the wedding and a final details email reminder and timeline to all vendors and wedding party the week of the wedding

  • Wedding day portfolio (timeline, contact information for all vendors, instructions for details, etc.)

  • Point of contact between all vendors, immediate family, and wedding party

  • Wedding rehearsal practice

  • 8 hours of wedding coordination the day of the wedding

    • Additional time is $150/hr 

  • Coordination of vendor setup and setup of any items brought by client

    •  e.g.: Photos, candy buffets, candles, guest book, favors, etc.

  • Coordinate the flow of the ceremony and reception

    • Cue wedding party when to walk during ceremony 

    • Alert band/DJ for dances and announcements

    • Orchestrate toasts/cake cutting

    • Bouquet/garter toss

    • Bridal party exit 

  • Cleanup of items brought by bride and overseeing cleanup of venue 

  • Emergency wedding kit

*At the free consultation, the Revel & Cheer coordinator will determine what package is appropriate for your wedding planning needs.

A La Carte Wedding Services

Coordinator attendance to specific vendor meetings - $150


Return cake stand to baker (Only in Baton Rouge) - $25


In-person budget planning meeting - $150


Day-of coordination for any other wedding related event - $TBD

(E.g. Engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner)
